摘    要:藤茶黄酮是从藤茶中提取的一种天然植物添加剂,二氢杨梅素是其主要的化学成分。近年来,研究者对藤茶黄酮及二氢杨梅素在畜禽生产上的应用效果进行了广泛研究,发现以其作为饲料添加剂,能有效提高动物机体免疫力,增强生产性能、促进生长,并具有抗氧化作用,可改善动物产品品质。作者主要阐述了藤茶黄酮作为一种新型天然饲料添加剂在动物生产上的研究进展。

Abstract:Ampelopsis grossedentata flavonoids (AGF) are kind of natural plant chemical additives which extracted from ampelopsis grossedntata. Dihydromyricetin (DMY) is their major chemical composition. The effect of AGF and DMY in animal industry has been researched extensively as feed additives in recent years. It has been found that the AGF and DMY could advance immunity and production of the animal, have anti-oxidation effect, and improve the quality of animal product. The physiological function and application of AGF and DMY in animal industry are reviewed in this paper.
