| 摘 要： | 对藏鸡和萧山鸡的体尺和屠宰性能进行测定，并对测定的指标进行相关性分析，结果表明：藏鸡12周龄平均体斜长、龙骨长、髋宽、胫长、胫围分别为15．36cm，10．26cm，8．42cm，7．94cm和3．42cm，萧山鸡上述指标分别为17．7cm，11．96cm，10．31cm，8．84cm和3．73cm，藏鸡公鸡的屠宰率、半净膛率、全净膛率、胸肌率和腿肌率分别为88．02％，89．03％，71．00％，12．60％和20．91％，萧山鸡公鸡分别为87．97％，89．12%，73．01％，12．83％和21．00％。藏鸡和萧山鸡常规肉质没有显著差异，萧山鸡的体尺和屠宰性能间均存在中度或高度相关，但在藏鸡中并无这种相关性。 |

| Abstract: | Body measurements,cock meat quality and slaughter traits were measured in Tibetan chicken and Xiaoshan chicken at 12 weeks of age.The results showed that the average body length,chest bone length,thurl width, shank length and shank circumference of Tibetan chicken were 15.36cm,10.26cm,8.42cm,7.94cm and 3.42cm respectively;these indexes of Xiaoshan chicken were 17.17cm,11.96cm,10.31cm,8.84cm and 3.74cm respectively.The dressing percentagesemi-eviscerated ratio,eviscerated ratio,breast muscle rate,leg muscle rate of the Tibetan chicken were 88.02%,89.30%,71.00%,12.60% and 20.91% respectively;these indexes of Xiaoshan chicken were 87.97%,89.12%,73.01%,12.83% and 21.00% respectively.There were no significant difference in meat quality between Tibetan chicken and Xiaoshan chicken.Middle or high corelationships were found between body measurements and slaughter traits in Xiaoshan chicken,but not found in Tibetan chicken. |
