香菇胞外酶活性变化及其与农艺性状的相关性分析

室内测定结果表明,纤维素酶、淀粉酶、邻苯二酚氧化酶在菌丝生长期、转色期、出菇期活性持续增高,愈创木酚氧化酶与漆酶活性在转色期达到峰值,在出菇期活性下降。纤维素酶与淀粉酶呈显著正相关。菌丝期漆酶活性与产量呈极显著正相关,与转色期呈显著负相关;转色期纤维素酶、淀粉酶、漆酶相互呈显著正相关,漆酶与产量呈显著正相关,与出菇期呈显著负相关。出菇期中的各种酶活性与香菇农艺性状间无显著相关性。

Activity Variation of Extracellular Enzymes in Lentinus edodes and Their Correlation with Agronony Characters
