主要蔬菜品种(系)对美洲斑潜蝇抗性的聚类分析

摘    要:在自然感虫及释放饲养种群相结合结合的条件下,以取食痕、产卵点、株被害率、叶被害率、百叶潜道数为抗性指标,对试验菜圃内黄瓜属、菜豆属、豇豆属、茄属及番茄属的主要蔬菜栽培品种(系)共68种对美洲斑潜蝇的抗性进行聚类分析,结果表明:不同科不同属的品种对该虫的抗性存在差异,同属品种(系)间也有差异。黄瓜属的种都黄瓜为高抗品种,地黄瓜为高感品种;豇豆属的美国无架、特早长,之豇30、特早30、高产4号、杜豇均为高抗品种;菜豆属的赤裕2号,叶豆王、白不老为高感品种、茄属中墨茄、种都早茄、上海紫长为高抗品种、快圆茄、巨佳茄子为高感品种;番茄属的毛粉802、中蔬4号为高抗品种,中要9号、渝抗2号、早魁为高感品种。

Abstract:The resistance of 68 vegetable varieties of Cucumis, Phaseolus, Vigna, Solanum and Lycopersicon to Liriomyza sativae Bllanchard was studied in the nature and the release feeding populations, using the number of feeding spots and oviposition points per leaf area, and the number of infested plants, infested leaves and larvae per 100 leaves as the resistance indicator. The clustering analysis results show that there is significant difference in resistance of vegetables of different families and genera, as well as of the same genus. Zhongduhuanygua, Meiguowujia, Tezaochang, Gaochang 4, Zhijiang 30, Tezao 30, Dujiang , Chiyu 2 ,Moqie, Zhongduzaoqie, Shanghaizichang, Maofen 802 and Zhongshu 4 are the resistant varieties, while Dihuanggua , Didouwang, Baibulao , Kuaiyuanqie , Jujia , Zhongza 9,Yukang 2, Zaokui are the susceptible varieties.
