摘    要:采用HPLC法研究二氯喹啉酸在不同缓冲溶液及不同自然水体中光化学降解情况。研究表明,在高压汞灯下,二氯喹啉酸在不同缓冲溶液中的光解半衰期是pH3〉pH5〉pH7〉pH9〉pH11,半衰期分别为82.51、69.31、31.50、13.48、8.45 min;在不同自然水体中的光解半衰期是稻田水〉珠江水〉重蒸水〉水库水〉地表水〉湖水,半衰期分别为35.72、31.50、27.84、11.29、10.45和8.64 min。

Abstract:Photodegradation of quinclorac in different buffer solutions and natural water bodies was studied by HPLC method.Result showed that the order of photodegradation half lives of quinclorac under high-pressure mercury lamp was pH3> pH5 > pH7> pH9> pH11,with the half lives being 82.51,69.31,31.50,13.48 and 8.45 min,respectively.The order of photodegradation half lives of quinclorac under natural water bodies was paddy water> Zhujiang water>redistilled water >reservoir water>surface water>lake water with half lives being 35.72,31.50,27.84,11.29,10.45 and 8.64 min,respectively.
