浅议高校图书馆员的"师德"

与专任教师一样，高校图书馆员也应具有师德，这是其职业特点和职能决定的，良好的师德是馆员做好管理育人、服务育人的重要前提，是馆员热爱本职、热爱读者的力量源泉。高校图书馆员的师德应体现在修身养德正心、语言优雅文明、行为率先垂范、仪态儒雅端庄、学识厚实广博等几个方面。

As full-time teachers,the librarians in the libraries of universities and colleges should also have a high teaching morals and it is decided by it's occupation characteristics and functions.The fine teaching morals are the important premise for the librarians to do management,service and education work well,and it is the source of the strength for the librarians to love their own occupations and the readers.The moral of the teachers of the librarian in libraries of universities and colleges should be incarnated in a few aspects such as their morality and warm-heartedness,elegant and civilized languages,exemplary behavior,the cultured and dignified appearance,having great learning,etc.
