电刷镀镍基复合镀层性能综合研究

摘    要:综述了近年来用电刷镀方法制备复合材料镀层的最新进展及研究动态.重点讨论了电刷镀镍基高硬度、耐磨复合镀层,高温抗腐蚀、高温耐磨复合镀层,自润滑复合镀层等的研究现状和发展趋势.并论述了这三种复合镀层的耐磨、耐蚀或高温抗腐蚀、高温耐磨等优点,最后对复合电刷镀技术的发展和应用前景进行了展望.

Abstract:The state-of-the-art study and development of electro-brush in recent years are reviewed. Emphasis was placed on the tendency of electro-brush Ni matrix composite coats associated with higher hardness, wear resistance composite coats; higher temperature-stain resistance, higher temperature-wear resistance composite coats and self-lubricating composite coats. The advantages of wear resistance, higher temperature-stain resistance and higher temperature-wear resistance of these 3 composite coats are discussed. The trend of composite plating technology in the future is prospected at the end of this monograph.
