| 摘 要： | 对从土壤中筛选出的1株抗根癌菌的拮抗放线菌（G-19）进行了鉴定和培养条件研究。经培养性状,生理生化特性,以及16S rDNA序列分析鉴定。初步鉴定为链霉菌属（Streptomyces）。经摇瓶发酵筛选,放线菌G-19最佳培养基为高氏一号;最佳培养条件为摇床转速180 r/min、装液量40 mL/250mL、初始pH值7.0、培养温度28℃。
