纳米TiO2/丝素复合膜与普通丝素膜的分子构象差异成因分析

摘    要:在制备纳米TiO2 /丝素复合膜的基础上 ,以普通丝素膜作对照 ,进行了原子力显微镜观察 (AFM)、扫描电子能谱分析 (EDS)和差热分析 (DSC)。复合膜比普通丝素膜有明显的凹凸 ,纳米TiO2 以粒径 5 0nm均匀分散 ,无明显团聚。复合膜的结晶度高于普通丝素膜 ,吸热最高峰温度高于普通丝素膜 2 8℃。加入TiO2 有利于增大丝素膜中结晶区的比例 ,促进丝素无规卷曲构象 β 折叠构象的转化。

Abstract:In this paper nanoTiO 2/silk fibroin composite membrane was characterized by AFM,EDS and DSC,comparing with pure silk fibroin membrane.The experiments showed when the weight fraction of nanoTiO 2 is 1/1 000(comparing with the weight of silk fibroin),nanoTiO 2 does not reunite and can disperse in the nanoTiO 2/silk fibroin composite membrane 50 nm approximately.The degree of crystallization of composite membrane is higher than that of pure silk fibroin membrane and the highest decalescence peak temperature of composite membrane is also 28 ℃ higher than that of pure silk fibroin membrane.It can be concluded that appending nanoTiO 2 can promote silk fibroin molecule transforming from random curl conformation to β-fold conformation,so improve the crystallization of pure silk fibroin membrane.
