蜡蚧轮枝菌昆明菌株发酵培养技术研究

摘    要: 用5种培养液对蜡蚧轮枝菌昆明菌株(KM9803)进行液体培养的结果:以改良的沙氏培养液和豆粉-土豆汁培养液中芽生孢子产量较高;摇瓶时间以4~5d较适宜。产孢量可以达到7.26×108~9.09×108个芽生孢子/mL; 固体培养阶段培养基:加水量以1∶0.6为宜,固体培养发酵时间以7d为宜,分生孢子产量可达到4.05×109~4.11×109孢子/g。

Abstract:Blastospore yields of KM9803 in 5 kinds of liquid mediums shows that high blastospore yields can be achieved in SDAY and potato liquid, it’s about 7.26×108~9.09×108 blastspore/mL and just about 4~5 days for fermentation; Medium: water is 1.0 to 0.6. The conidiophore yields of KM9803 in solid medium can reach to 4.05×109~4.11×109 conidiophore/g and need 7d for fermentation.
