| 摘 要： | 通过对广西雨雪冰冻灾情的调研,分析了林业灾情影响的社会性、长久性、严重性,提出进一步深化对灾情影响的认识,尽快组织灾情调查评估,科学实施灾害林竹清理,切实编制恢复重建规划,加强森林"三防"工作等5项建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the investigation and study on the outcomes caused by the snow disarster in Guangxi,this paper presents an in-depth analysis on the long-term,social and serious impacts on forestry by the disarter.It suggests that further understanding of the disarster impacts be required,assessment of the losses caused by the disarster organized quickly,survey of damaged tree and bamboo forests conducted scientifically and a rehabilitation and rebuilding plan developed.Five suggestions on "Three Controls" for forest protection are also put forward. |
