摘    要:绩效考核是现代管理中常用的手段之一,对于促进馆员和图书馆的共同发展具有重要作用。文章在简要分析图书馆绩效考核六大认识误区及其成因的基础上,有针对性地提出了如何矫正这些认识误区的相应对策。

Abstract:Performance assessment is one of the methods in modem management. It plays an important role in promoting the development of libraries and librarians. This paper has put forward countermeasures to rectify these mistaken ideas, based on a brief analysis of six mistaken ideas of performance assessments and their corresponding countermeasure.
