摘    要:“赣大麦 1号”是采用系谱法经 1 2年选育而成的黑大麦新品种 ,该品种穗、芒和籽粒呈黑色、大粒、早熟、高抗白粉病和赤霉病 ,籽粒营养丰富 ,富含硒元素 ,麦芽品质优良 ,多项指标达到国家颁布的麦芽产品的优级标准 ,是生产优质啤酒的理想原料

Abstract:By pedigree selection through twelve years, “Gandamai 1”a new black barley variety was bred. “Gandamai 1” possesses black spike, awn and seed, big grain, early maturity and high resistance to powdery mildew and head blight, its seed contains rich nutrient composition and element selenium, the most quality indexes of its malt are up to good grade of national standard for malt products, thus this variety is a kind of ideal material for the production of good quality beer.
