摘    要:安徽茶叶生产历史悠久,具有独特的区位优势,有着优越的生态环境和良好的茶叶资源,但随着机械制茶的普及,很多传统的制茶工艺越来越少,如何保护和继承传统制茶工艺,需要全社会的共同关注和努力。

Abstract:Anhui has a long history in tea production,with its distinctive location advantage,wonderful ecological condition and fine tea resources. However,with the machinery tea manufacturing technique popularization,the traditional tea producing techniques are faced to be lost. We should pay close attention to make efforts for the protection,inheritance,and promotion of the traditional techniques.
