影响生物质块状燃料常温高压致密成型因素的研究

摘    要:生物质常温高压致密成型技术与传统的热压成型相比,具有节能、不破坏生物质内部结构的优点,有较好的发展前景.本研究对影响生物质常温高压致密成型的主要因素:施加压力、原料含水率、原料种类等进行分析,回归出压块密度与压力的函数关系式,找出成型的最佳压力、含水率范围,了解不同原料成型的难易性,并初步验证压块的燃烧性能.研究结果表明:常温高压致密成型时,含水率最好控制在5%~15%范围内,最高不能超过22%;压力控制在15~35MPa之间即可满足存放、运输要求;秸秆类生物质易成型、灌木由于原料本身纤维硬、韧性好而不易成型.

Abstract:Compared with the traditional heating solidification shaping technology, bio-fuel solidification shaping technology with high pressure in general conditions has many merits, such as economy, not destroying the interior fabric of the biomass,it will have a good foreground. This paper studied the influencing factors of it, such as pressure, moisture content, and the kind of material etc. parameter, then regression estimated the relation equation of briquette density and pressure, found out the best range of pressure and moisture content, knew the shaping trait of different materials, validated the combustion capability. The results show that: we should better control the moisture content between 5 and 15 percent, the max is 22 percent; control the pressure between 15MPa and 35MPa, that could satisfy deposited and transportation demand, besides those we can also educe that straws can be shaped easily, while the shrub is hard to be shaped because of its special fiber configuration.
