含CCK抗体卵黄粉和丙谷胺对生长猪生产性能、养分消化率和内分泌激素的影响

摘    要:采用单因子试验设计,将30头体重(34.93±2.46)kg的DLY生长猪随机分为5个处理,研究饲粮添加不同水平丙谷胺和含CCK抗体卵黄粉对生长猪生产性能、养分消化率和内分泌激素的影响。5个处理分别为对照组(C)、C+含CCK抗体卵黄粉400mg/kg、C+含CCK抗体卵黄粉800mg/kg、C+丙谷胺500mg/kg和C+丙谷胺1000mg/kg。结果表明:添加CCK抗体卵黄粉400mg/kg组试猪全期日增重(ADG)提高11.10%(P>0.05),饲料增重比(F/G)降低8.33%(P>0.05)。丙谷胺500mg/kg组全期ADG提高6.02%(P>0.05),F/G降低7.54%(P>0.05),同时饲粮干物质、有机物和粗蛋白质的消化率显著改善(P<0.05)。添加含CCK抗体卵黄粉或丙谷胺均有降低试猪第1周末采食前后及试验结束时血清尿素氮含量的趋势。同时,添加含CCK抗体卵黄粉有降低试猪第1周末采食前后血清CCK浓度的趋势。含CCK抗体卵黄粉或丙谷胺对血清瘦素和胰岛素含量均无显著影响。

Abstract:This trial was conducted to study the effect of eggyolk containing cholecystokinin-antibody and proglumide on growth performance, nutrient digestibility and serum CCK, leptin and insuline content of growing pigs.Thirty DLY growing pigs weighing(34.93±2.46) kg were randomly allocated to 5 treatments.The 5 treatments were fed respectively with basal diet and basal diet supplemented with 400, 800 mg/kg eggyolk containing cholecystokinin-antibody, and 500,1 000 mg/kg proglumide.The results showed that ADG was increased by 11.10%(P > 0.05), F/G was reduced by 8.33%(P > 0.05)in 400 mg/kg eggyolk containing cholecystokinin-antibody group.ADG was increased by 6.02%(P > 0.05), F/G was reducedby 7.54%(P > 0.05)in 500 mg/kg proglumide group, and DM, organics and CP digestibility were increased significantly(P < 0.05).Supplementation of eggyolk containing cholecystokinin-antibody and prolumide tended to reduce serum urea nitrogen.Addition of eggyolk containing cholecystokinin-antibody tended to reduce serum CCK in the first week.Supplementation of eggyolk containing cholecystokinin-antibody and prolumide had no effects on serum leptin and insuline concentration.
