霉能灵(MANAGE)在梨和土壤中残留动态研究

摘    要:为制订安全使用标准,采用田间试验方法研究了霉能灵在梨和土壤中的残留动态,应用GLC法测定霉能灵在梨和土壤中的残留量。2年试验结果表明,霉能灵在梨和土壤中消解较快,其半衰期分别为6~10d和2d。使用15%WP2000倍,施药3次,末次施药距收获间隔期为28d,霉能灵在梨和土壤中的残留量分别为0.029mg/kg~0.187mg/kg和0.526mg/kg~0.0792mg/kg。

Abstract:n order to make up the standards for safe use of Manage on pear,a fiele experiment was conducted to study the residual dynamics of Manage in pear and soil.The residues of Manage in pear and soil were determined by GLC.Results showed that Manage dissipated rapidly from pear and soil.Its half-life in pear and soil were 6-10 and 2 days,respectively.The pear was sprayed three times with Manage 15% WP at the dilution of 1:2000(75 mg a.i/liter of water).At 28 days after last application,the final residues of Manage in pear and soil was 0.029 mg/kg and 0.0526-0.0792 mg/kg respectively.
