摘    要:为了适应微小体积种子的穴盘育苗精量播种工作要求,提高精量播种机的普遍适应能力,基于PLC控制系统和传感器信号采集,采用压电弹簧和气吸盘相结合的方法,设计了一种新型自动穴盘精量播种机。利用压电弹簧对排种器振动系统和驱动系统进行了改进,基于逆压电效应,将微小位移放大后驱动排种器盘进行振动,使种子达到了理想的排种运动状态,大大提高了吸种效率和播种性能。试验结果表明:PLC控制系统通过自适应调整可以使误差降低到接近于0,且响应迅速,响应精度较高,播种机的空穴率、多粒率和破碎率均不高于5%,而吸附率和播种合格率都在95%以上,满足穴盘育苗精量播种的农艺要求,达到了预期设计目标。

Design of Pneumatic Automatic Tray Precision Seeding Machine-Based on PLC
Abstract:In order to adapt the work requirements of the small seed size hole tray precision seeding , improve the preci-sion seeding machine generally adapt ability , it uses piezoelectric spring and the gas sucking disc combined method based on PLC control system and sensor signal acquisition .The paper designs a new automatic tray precision seeding machine . The vibration system and the drive system of the vibration system are improved by using the piezoelectric spring , and the vibration of the drive plate is driven by the inverse piezoelectric effect , which makes the seeds reach the ideal seeding state .Planting performance of the prototype was tested .The experimental results show that through the adaptive adjust-ment the PLC control system can reduce the error to close to zero , and rapid response and high precision response , drill hole rate , grain rate and broken rate were not more than 5%, and adsorption of seeding rate and qualified rate are above 95%,which meets the tray precision seeding agronomic requirements , and achieve the expected design .
