麻纤维膜在机插早稻硬盘育秧中的应用效果

摘    要:以机插水稻秧苗为研究对象,研究麻纤维膜作硬盘育秧的衬垫基布以及用于上部覆盖等育秧方式对其秧苗素质及产量性状的影响。结果表明:这两种处理的秧苗相对矮小,但根系发达,盘根能力强,根干重高,根冠比大。麻纤维膜作基布主要是促进了秧苗根长、总根表面积、根分支数、根交叉数、根尖数等指标的增大;在麻纤维膜覆盖中,主要是促进了秧苗根分支数、根交叉数、根尖数等指标的增大。麻纤维膜作基布与其对照(无麻纤维膜作基布)相比,有显著增产效果。结果表明,在水稻育秧中,无论是麻纤维膜作基布还是用于上部覆盖,均能实现省工、节本、增根、壮秧、增产的目的,可在机插水稻育秧上推广应用。

Abstract:The seedling quality and the yield of mechanical-transplanting early rice under different seedling|raising ways (bast fiber film as base cloth liner in hard disk seedling or for the upper cover materials) were studied. The results indicated that the effects of bast fiber film as base cloth liner in hard disk seedling or for the upper cover materials on seedling quality of mechanical|transplanting rice were significant. In those two treatments, the seedlings were stocky and the root system developed well, the seedling height decreased, root intertwisting ability increased, the root dry weight increased and root|shoot ratio increased. The bast fiber film as base cloth liner in hard disk seedlings promoted the indexes including root length, surface area, branch number, crossing number, and number of root tips. Compared with the control, the yield in the treatment of the bast fiber film as base cloth liner in hard disk seedlings were increased remarkably. Therefore, The bast fiber film as base cloth liner in hard disk seedlings or for the upper cover materials were worthy to be extended in larger area in rice production.
