摘    要:本研究拟采用纯培养的方法分离延边州不同地点的晒烟放线菌,根据菌体形态和16S rDNA部分序列测定及同源性分析进行菌种鉴定;同时,对分离自不同地点和同一地点不同生态位的放线菌进行了对比讨论分析,以获取不同环境和生态位对晒烟可培养放线菌的影响,进一步解决晒烟种植过程中的适应性和安全性问题,以及农业的可持续发展奠定基础。

Abstract:In this study, it is proposed to use pure culture method to isolate Actinomyces niacoccus from different sites in Yanbian Prefecture, and identify bacteria according to bacterial morphology, 16S rDNA partial sequence determination and homology analysis. At the same time, the actinomycetes isolated from different sites and different ecological niches in the same site were compared and analyzed to obtain the effects of different environments and ecological niches on the cultivation of actinomycetes, and further solve the adaptability and safety problems in the planting process of tobacco planting, as well as lay a foundation for the sustainable development of agriculture.
