摘 要: | 建立气相色谱法(GC)检测草莓中17种有机氯、拟除虫菊酯类农药残留检测方法。样品通过乙腈:乙酸(99:1,V:V)提取,盐析和净化后,经DB-17色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25 μm)分离,气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)定量检测。结果表明,有机氯、拟除虫菊酯类农药在0.01~1.00 μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(R2)均在0.9950以上,定量限在0.3~0.9 μg/kg,样品进行0.05 mg/kg、0.1 mg/kg、0.5 mg/kg三个浓度加标回收率实验,加标回收率为88.22%~113.29%,相对标准偏差为0.19%~5.20%,满足方法学要求。该方法简单、快速、准确、经济,适用于草莓中有机氯、拟除虫菊酯类农药的定量分析。

Determination of 17 organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticide residues in strawberries by gas chromatography |

Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to establish a gas chromatography (GC) method for the detection of 17 organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticide residues in strawberries.The sample was extracted with acetonitrile: acetic acid (99:1, V: V) and then subjected to salting out and purification treatment. It was passed through a DB-17 chromatographic column (30 m×0.25 mm,0.25 μm) Separation, gas chromatography-electron capture detector (GC-ECD) quantitative detection. The results showed that the linear relationship between organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticides was good within the range of 0.01 to 1.00 μg/mL, with correlation coefficients (R2) above 0.9950, and the quantitative limited between 0.3 and 0.9 μg/kg. The sample was subjected to three concentration spiked recovery experiments of 0.05 mg/kg, 0.1 mg/kg, and 0.5 mg/kg, with spiked recovery rates ranging from 88.22% to 113.29% and relative standard deviation ranging from 0.19% to 5.20%, meeting the methodological requirements. This method was simple, fast, accurate, and economical, and was suitable for the quantitative analysis of organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticides in strawberries. |
