板栗授粉后子房内源激素含量的变化

摘    要:以河北省迁西县板栗主栽品种’燕山早丰’为研究对象,人工授粉后定期采集子房,并采用HPLC法分析子房内源激素含量的变化规律。结果表明:1)子房中IAA含量整体呈现波动变化。授粉后19天‘燕山早丰’ב大板红’子房中的IAA含量持续增加,且显著高于授粉前的水平,而对照急剧下降。2)子房中GA3含量整体呈现波动上升趋势。‘燕山早丰’ב大板红’子房中的GA3含量在授粉初期有所增加,而对照急剧下降,之后二者变化趋势一致,分别在授粉后第10天和第19天达到两个相对高峰。3)子房中的ZR、iP、CTKs含量均呈现下降趋势,授粉前含量较高,授粉后急剧下降。‘燕山早丰’ב大板红’子房中的iPA含量在授粉后第17天达到最大值,且显著高于授粉前的水平,其余时期含量均较低,而对照子房中的iPA含量始终处于较低水平。4)授粉受精过程子房中的ABA含量整体较低,呈现波动上升趋势,且对照子房中的ABA含量在授粉受精过程中始终低于‘燕山早丰’ב大板红’。5)‘燕山早丰’ב大板红’授粉受精过程中,子房中(IAA+GA3+CTKs)/ABA整体呈现下降趋势,对照子房中(IAA+GA3+CTKs)/ABA在授粉前的水平上呈现波动变化。结合坐苞率和结实率分析可知,较高的GA3、iPA和ABA有利于’燕山早丰’授粉受精。 。

Abstract:In order to understand the relationships between endogenous hormone and pollination and fertilization, the changes of endogenous hormone content in ovary during pollination and fertilization of ’Yanshanzaofeng’ chestnut were studied by HPLC method. The results showed that IAA content in ’Yanshanzaofeng’ chestnut during pollination and fertilization showed fluctuation changes. IAA content in ovaries of ’Yanshanzaof’× ’Dabanhong’ increased continuously, while the control declined sharply. GA3 content in ovaries during pollination and fertilization overall increased slightly. The content of GA3 in the ovary of ’Yanshanzaof’× ’Dabanhong’ in the early pollination period increased, while decreased in the control. After that, they showed the same trend and reached two peaks at 10 d and 19 d after pollination, respectively. Contents of ZA, iP, and CTKs in ovaries all showed a downward trend. The content of iPA in the ovary after pollination reached a maximum value at 17 d, significantly higher than the level before pollination, the remaining period content were low. While the iPA content in the ovary of the control always was at a low level. The content of ABA during the process of fertilization and fertilization was low and showed fluctuated upward trend. The content of ABA in the control ovaries of pollination and fertilization process was always lower than that of ’Yanshanzaof’× ’Dabanhong’.(IAA+GA3+CTKs)/ABA of ’Yanshanzaof’× ’Dabanhong’ decreased after pollination, while the control fluctuated increased. Combined with the rate of setting andfruiting, it was concluded that higher contents of GA3, iPA and ABA were favorable for“Yanshanzaofeng” chestnut completing pollination and fertilization.
