云南引种元宝枫优树嫁接无性系苗期测定

摘    要:对云南引种元宝枫实生群体中的初选优树采集穗条,以当地3 a生实生苗为砧木建立无性系,进行苗期测定。结果表明:基径、株高、生长节数差异在无性系间均达到了极显著水平,具有较丰富的遗传变异基础。株高的重复力为0.939,基径的重复力为0.716,生长节数的重复力为0.831,说明各性状受遗传控制很大; 以基径、株高、生长节律年生长量为指标,采用加权系数法进行综合评价,按17%的入选率,选出19号、146号2个无性系; 株高的遗传增益为18.65%,基径的遗传增益为7.26%; 生长节数的遗传增益为5.42%; 按42%的入选率,选出5个无性系,株高的遗传增益为9.97%,基径的遗传增益为4.22%,生长节数的遗传增益为7.23%。

Abstract:Cuttings were collected from the Acer truncatum plus trees and grafted in local 3-years-old seedlings. Growth characters were measured. The results showed that: there were significant variations among basal diameter, plant height and node numbers, which had a rich genetic variation. Repeatability of plant height was 0.939, base diameter was 0.716, node number was 0.831, which showed high genetic control on the tested traits. Integrated assessment by weighted co-efficient method demonstrated that genetic gain of plant height was 18.65%, basal diameter was 7.26%, node numbers were 5.42% by selection rate of 17%; genetic gain of plant height was 9.97%, basal diameter was 4.22%, node number was 7.23% by selection rate of 42%.
