多粘类芽孢杆菌生物特性及其机理研究进展

摘    要:多粘类芽孢杆菌具有多种可利用的生物特性,本研究归纳了近年来前人有关其在基因、代谢活性物质和机理方面的研究成果。多粘类芽孢杆菌不仅在多肽蛋白、酶、功能性多糖及其他代谢活性物质上研究深入,而且在植物促生、潜在生物医药应用等领域的机理研究也有所突破。然而,在其微生态、代谢活性物质结构和功能关系以及深入的分子机理研究仍显不足。通过对多粘类芽孢杆菌的基因水平、代谢产物和作用机制的研究进展进行了综述,并对其在今后的研究进行展望。

Abstract:Paenibacillus polymyxa has a wide range of applicable properties, whose achievements in recent years, which are associated with genes, bioactive metabolites and mechanisms, are summarized in this review. It is summed up that fresh researches have been accomplished in peptide and proteins, enzymes, functional polysaccharide and other metabolic active substances. And then, this work focus on the mechanisms of plant growth promotion, potential biomedical applications and other fields. Their insufficiencies, which include in microecology, relationship between active metabolites and their structure and in-depth molecular mechanisms, have also been pointed out. Thus, this aims to review research advances on genes, metabolites and mechanisms. Furthermore, the outlook of experimental direction will be presented.
