摘    要:为了解泊头地区降水规律,合理利用降水资源,运用距平分析、线性回归、变差系数等方法对泊头市1961—2010年日变化气象资料进行分析,结果表明:50年间该地区平均降水量为582.72 mm,年际间降水总体呈递减趋势;年内降水主要集中在夏季,降水量约占全年降水量的72.0%,1970年代以后夏季降水亦呈递减趋势,降水倾向率为-20.33 mm/10 a;雨日数变化表现为:1980年之前逐渐降低,1980年以后逐渐增大。针对该区降雨的年内年际变化特点,提出充分利用降雨资源的具体措施,对该区水资源优化配置方案的制定具有一定参考价值。

Abstract:In order to maintain the precipitation law in Botou City and give a better suggestion of rainwater resources management, the local data of meteorology during 1961-2010 were investigated with the methods of distance average analysis, linear regression and coefficient of variation. The results showed that: the annual average precipitation was 582.72 mm in 50 years, and had a decreasing trend; about 72.0% annual precipitation concentrated in summer, however the summer precipitation also reduced in recent years, with a rainfall trend of -20.33 mm/10 a. Besides, the rain days decreased before 1980, but increased gradually later. According to the local rainfall characteristics of inter-annual and annual variations of rainfall, concrete measures on fully using the rainfall were provided, which would be benefit for making a scheme on optimal allocation of water resources in this region.
