不同植物生长调节剂对大叶黄杨扦插生根的影响

摘    要:【研究目的】通过试验,寻找适合大叶黄杨扦插生根的植物生长调节剂及其适宜浓度。【方法】以大叶黄杨当年生枝条作试材,分别就植物生长调节剂不同种类、不同浓度及不同植物生长调节剂的混合处理大叶黄杨枝段的生根效应进行了试验研究,并分析结果。【结果】(1)不同植物生长调节剂处理对大叶黄杨的生根效果以IBA50mg/L为最好,其次为IAA50mg/L,NAA50mg/L的效果较差。(2)不同浓度植物生长调节剂处理对大叶黄杨的生根效果,IBA以50mg/L为最好,IAA和NAA均以50mg/L为最好。(3)不同植物生长调节剂混合对大叶黄杨生根的影响不明显,生产上不宜采用IAA50mg/L+NAA50mg/L,IBA50mg/L+NAA50mg/L的混合。【结论】不同植物生长调节剂处理对大叶黄杨的生根效果以IBA50mg/L为最好;生产上不宜采用IAA50mg/L+NAA50mg/L,IBA50mg/L+NAA50mg/L的混合。

Abstract:【OBJECTIVE】Through the studies, find out suitable plant growth regulator and appropriate concentration for Euonymus japonicus Thunb rooting cuttings .【METHOD】Conduct rooting effect tests with different treatments of three plant growth regulators of different concentrations or different mixture on Euonymus japonicus Thunb.-year-branches, then analyze the rusults respectively.【RESULTS】(1)Treatment with IBA50mg/L possesses most significant rooting effect , followed by treatments with IAA50mg/L, treatment of NAA50mg/L had little effect .(2) Optimal treatment concentrations of IBA, IAA and NAA for Euonymus japonicus Thunb.rooting cuttings are 50mg/L. (3)The effect of mixed using of different plant growth regulators on Euonymus japonicus Thunb.was not obvious, the combined using of IAA50mg/L +NAA50mg/L and IBA50mg/L+NAA50mg/L were not recommended on production..【CONCLUSION】Of all the treatments in the tests, treatment with IBA50mg/L possesses best rooting effect on Euonymus japonicus Thunb.rooting cuttings; the combined usage of IAA50mg/L +NAA50mg/L and IBA50mg/L+NAA50mg/L were not recommended on production.
