云和县原料林基地建设现状及发展对策

通过对云和县原料林基地建设现状进行调查分析，发现原料林基地建设中存在小而散的山林，影响了原料林的规模经营、资金投入严重不足和科技含量不高等问题。提出加快林权制度改革，盘活森林资源；创新方式，建立原料林建设和管理长效机制；完善规划，细化原料林基地建设年度设计方案；加大科技扶持力度，提高原料林建设质量；摸索新形式，加大原料林建设资金投入等发展对策。
