摘    要:试验选择从添加磷矿粉的高温堆肥样品中筛选出1株耐高温无机磷降解菌,以培养温度、培养时间、磷矿粉添加量和菌剂接种量为主要因素,采用L16(45)正交试验设计,对不同参数条件下解磷菌的解磷能力进行了研究。结果表明,培养时间对无机磷降解菌的解磷量及解磷率的影响最为显著,在培养基中磷矿粉添加量、菌剂接种量分别为7.0g·L-1和5mL·L-1,在45℃下培养22d后,发酵液中解磷总量达到最大(327.60μg·mL-1);在培养基中磷矿粉添加量和菌剂接种量分别为4.0g·L-1和11mL·L-1,50℃下培养22d后,接种解磷微生物的解磷率最大(37.55%)。
