摘    要:在面向对象编程环境下,应用组件集成技术、组件GIS开发技术和数据库技术开发研制的省级农业气象业务系统软件具有数据库管理、农业气象情报处理、农业气象预报服务、环境遥感监测应用、农业气象灾害监测评估和农业气候资源利用等多种功能。系统提供农业气象信息处理、加工、发布的一体化平台,人机界面友好,操作方便,能够输出专题图件、图像、表格数据和文本等多种形式的产品。该软件已在全国各省级农业气象业务单位推广应用。实际应用表明,该系统实时性和实用性强,具有开放性和可扩充性,业务化运行比较稳定。

Abstract:In the programme environment facing object,the provincial agrometeorological operation system software,which was developed by applying component integration,com GIS development and database technologies,had multiple functions such as database management,agrometeorological information processing,agrometeorological forecasting service,environmental remote sensing and monitoring application,agrometeorological disaster monitoring and evaluation,agricultural climatic resource utilization. The system provided an integration platform for the disposing,processing and releasing of agrometeorological information,had the characters of friendly human-computer interface and convenient operation and couldexport many kinds of products such as special graph,picture,table data,text and so on. This software had been popularized and applied in the provincial agrometeorological operation units in China. The practical application showed that the system had openness and extensibility,strong real-time performance and practicability,and its vocational operation was more stable.
