| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小儿败血症不同分级时血清转铁蛋白(TRF)的变化及其临床意义.方法采用免疫散射比浊法分别测定38例不同分级败血症患儿和24例健康儿童血清TRF的水平,并将检测结果进行比较.结果不同分级败血症患儿血清TRF水平均低于健康对照组,差异有极显著性(均为P＜0.01);随着败血症病情的加重,其血清TRF水平进一步下降,差异有极显著性(均为P＜0.01).结论TRF可以作为反映细菌感染和机体防御功能状态的一种比较敏感的生化指标,有助于小儿败血症的诊断和疗效观察.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the change of serum transferrin and its clinical significance in children with sepsis.Methods:Serum transferrin was determined by immuno turbidimetry in 38 children with septicemia and 24 healthy children.Results:Serum transferrin levels in septic group were significantly lower than those in control group( P <0.01);meanwhile,the decrease of transferrin levels was correlated with the aggravation of septicemia( P <0.01).Conclusion:Transferrin could be sensitive to reflect the bacterial infection and host defense function,and its detection is helpful in the diagnosis and management of sepsis in children. |
