武夷山天然米槠林抽样技术的研究

本文通过对武夷山天然米槠林的取样和调查，比较了随机样方、相邻格子样方、中心点四分法、最近相邻法和最近个体法的效用，结果表明：四种不同的抽样方法具有大体类似的精度，其中又以相邻格子样方的抽样误差为最小，最为适用；以相邻格子法对该群落进行种群多样性分析和研究结果表明：种群多样性随着样地面积的增大逐渐趋于稳定，即种群多样性指数与样地面积符合ｙ＝ａｘｂ的关系，其转折点的样地面积约为１０００ｍ２．

Study on Sampling Techniques of Natural Castanopsis carlesii Forest in Wuyi Shang

The effectivness of five sampling methods on analysing tree species population diversity, all sampling date derived from Natural Castanopsis carlesii Forest in Wuyi Shang, the five sampling methods including random quadrats method, contiguousgrid quadrats method, point-centered quarter method, nearest neighbour method and closest individual method. The analysing results indicated that the five different sampling methods had similar precision, but contiguous-grid quadrats method was the most practical in this research, and that with areas adding, tree species population diversity approach slowly stability, and they are content with correlation coefficient-y=ax￣b, their stable areas is about 1000m￣2.
