生态脆弱区耕地整理潜力评价研究——以重庆市三峡库区为例

重庆市三峡库区是一个比较典型的生态脆弱区,耕地整理的作用在这一地区显得尤其重要。依据耕地整理目标和潜力评价的原则,以实践工作为基本,指出评价工作应从多指标综合考虑,提出耕地潜力评价体系应包括增加耕地系数、耕地产出提高率、投入产出比、林地面积比重提高率等方面,以期在评价工作中做到社会效益、经济效益和生态环境效益的统一。

The potentiality evaluation of land readjustment in the fragile area of ecology——A case study of Chongqing three-gorges reservoir area

Chongqing three-gorges reservoir area is a typical fragile area of ecology,so the land readjustment is very important.According to the object of land readjust and principles of potential evaluation,the authors pointed that the diverse index should be adopted in assessment.A new index system was proposed,including the increasing of cultivated coefficient and output,ratio of input to output and woodland in all,and so on.So the evaluation was able to benefit to the unification of society,economy and environment.
