超甜玉米花期性状的遗传分析

摘    要:[目的]为选育高产、适应性强的超甜玉米新品种提供理论依据。[方法]对6个超甜玉米自交系P1~P6进行完全双列杂交,组配了15个杂交组合,并对花期性状进行了配合力及方差(Wr)与协方差(Vr)相关性分析与估算。[结果]6个超甜玉米自交系雄花期性状的GCA效应大小顺序为P2P6>P4>P2>P3>P5。[结论]亲本P2和P3是早熟亲本的理想选择。

Abstract:[Objective] The aim was to provide the theoretical basis for selecting new varieties of super sweet corn with high yield and strong adaptability.[Method] The complete diallel cross was made among 6 inbred lines of super sweet corn,and 15 cross combinations were made.The combining ability and correlations between variance(Wr) and covariance(Vr) of florescence characteristics were analyzed and estimated.[Result] The GCA effect of male florescence characteristics in 6 inbred lines of super sweet corn in order was P2P6>P4>P2>P3>P5.[Conclusion] The ideal choice of parent plant for early maturity was P2 and P3.
