水稻种绳捻制机卷绳机构的参数分析

摘    要:直播水稻是我国传统的栽培技术,它改革了常规栽培的育秧、拔秧、运秧和插秧等繁重工作,具有省工、高效的特点。为此,提出了水稻种绳直播技术,对水稻种绳捻制机的卷绳机构进行了种绳运动线速度分析和种绳单位长度捻劲个数分析,为今后样机的优化改进设计提供了良好的理论基础。

Abstract:Direct seeding of rice was a conventional plant technology in china. It has many advantages, such as the omission of seeding beds and heavy work for transplanting seeds, carrying seeds and inserting seeds, therefore can save labor and improve work efficiency. The technology of rice seeds rope direct seeding was introduced. The linear velocity of rice seeds rope locomotion and the number of twisting rice seed rope in piece length is analyzed, and the correlative conclusion is drawn. The result would offer the well base of theoretic for improving the machine capability in the future.
