| 摘 要： | 利用花忍艹水煎液对饲高脂饲料家兔进行灌胃,研究其对实验性高脂血症动物降血脂作用。结果表明:不同剂量的花忍艹水煎液对家兔实验性脂代谢紊乱模型和动脉硬化(AS)均有良好的治疗作用,能显著降低家兔血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL C)水平,提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平,显著降低主动脉、心脏脂质含量,并能使主动脉粥样硬化斑块的面积和厚度明显减少;不同剂量的花忍艹水煎液治疗的效果略低于肌醇烟酸脂组;给药5周治疗高血脂的效果好于给药10周。

| Abstract: | The effect of decreasing blood fat of PLK elikation poured into stomach on the hyperlipidemia of the rabbits fed with the high-fat forage was studied. The result showed that as compared to the positive control, the area and thickness of arteriosclerotic plaque of aorta were significantly smaller, and the levels of TC, TG and LDL-C were remarkably lower and it can also increase the level of HDL-C in the rabbits fed with PLK elikation. The result indicated the effect of PLK is lower than that of Tabellase inositoli. The effect of five-week treatment is better than that of ten-week treatment. |
