烤烟蜂窝状纸钵育苗水肥供应方式研究

摘    要:为明确烤烟蜂窝纸钵育苗的水肥供应方式,以常规漂浮育苗为对照,开展了微喷和干湿交替两种水肥供应方式对烟苗生长发育的的对比试验。结果表明:干湿交替水肥供应方式成苗期烟苗最长根长、最大叶长、最大叶宽、根冠比、总根长、根总表面积和根总体积显著大于常规漂浮育苗,增幅分别为68.85%、25.37%、23.08%、41.18%、87.52%、69.06%和52.12%。微喷水肥供应方式成苗期烟苗叶片叶绿素a、叶绿素b和总叶绿素含量显著大于常规漂浮育苗,增幅分别为34.81%、32.31%和33.88%。综合耗水量、成苗期烟苗素质和还苗情况来看,干湿交替的水肥供应方式更适合烤烟蜂窝纸钵育苗,更适宜于烟苗生产。

Study on water and fertilizer supply mode of flue-cured tobacco seedling by paper pot
Abstract:In order to clarify the water and fertilizer supply method for roasted tobacco honeycomb paper pot seedlings, a comparative experiment was conducted on the growth and development of tobacco seedlings by micro spraying and alternating wet and dry water supply methods with conventional floating seedlings as the control.The results showed that the longest root length, maximum leaf length, maximum leaf width, root-to-crown ratio, total root length, total root surface area and total root volume were significantly greater than those of conventional floating seedlings at the seedling establishment stage with increases of 68.85%, 25.37%, 23.08%, 41.18%, 87.52%, 69.06% and 52.12% respectively.The chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll content of tobacco seedlings at the seedling stage were significantly higher than those of conventional floating seedlings, with increases of 34.81%, 32.31% and 33.88% respectively. The alternating wet and dry fertilizer supply method is more suitable for baking tobacco honeycomb paper pot seedlings and is more suitable for seedling production.
