河桦扦插繁育试验

摘    要:以5年生河桦实生幼树的枝条作试验材料,研究了在自动喷雾条件下不同插穗类型、不同浓度生根粉处理对插穗生根率及生根时间的影响。结果表明,带踵主枝的生根率最高,与其他类型插穗均存在极显著差异;用100、150、200mg·L-1浓度ABT 1号溶液处理的插穗生根率无显著差异,而与50mg·L-1浓度及清水处理的插穗生根率均存在极显著差异;随着ABT溶液浓度增加,所需的生根天数减少,用200mg·L-1 ABT 1号溶液处理的插穗生根所需时间最短,为25d。

Abstract:Selecting 5 years old Betula nigra seedlings branches as test material, the effect of cutting propagation with different cutting types,different treatments and time on the rooting were studied in automatic spray condition. The results showed that, the rooting rate was best from the main branches with heel, there were significant difference compare with other cutting types; For the rooting rate, there were no significant difference among 100, 150, 200 mg. L-1 concentration of ABT1, but there were significant difference between 50 rag. L-1 concentration of ABT1 and water treatment; As the ABT concentration in creased,the rooting time was reduced, 200 mg. L-1ABT1 concentration treatment was the shortest and the time was 25 days.
