摘    要:水稻基因组序列中存在着丰富的简单重复序列(SSR),而已经开发利用的仅仅是一小部分。本文提出了通过搜索水稻基因组序列中的简单重复序列开发SSR标记的思路和方法,并介绍了应用本方法成功地在500kb范围内,获得22个SSR标记,其中10个在定位群体中扩增出多态带的SSR标记并将其定位,本实例验证了利用水稻基因组序列数据开发SSR标记是十分有效的。

Abstract:There are abundant SSRs in rice genome, a little part of them has been developed and utilized This paper has introduced the idea and method of how to devolop SSR markers by searching simple sequence repeats in rice genomes sequence data And also the authors introduced the case which successfully developped 22 SSR markers by searching the sequence data from the range of 500kb rice genome, 10 SSRs of them showed polymorphic bands in the mapping population and mapped in the chromosome This case proved that it is effective to develop SSR maker by using rice public genome sequence data
