摘    要:合成制备了聚硅硫酸铝复合型絮凝剂PASS,并以此对冷轧高浓度含油乳化液废水的处理进行了系统的研究.试验考查了合成过程中酸碱度(OH/Al摩尔比)、Al/Si摩尔比、PASS用量和沉降时间等对絮凝效果的影响,比较了PASS与其他絮凝剂的处理效果.结果表明,PASS是一种较理想的处理高浓度含油乳化液废水的絮凝剂.

Abstract:An inorganic composite flocculent PASS is prepared by synthesizing, by which a systematical study is conducted on the waste water treatment of a cold-rolling high concentration and oily emulsifier. The molar ratios of OH/AI and AI/Si, and the effects of PASS usage and its sedimentation on flocculation are studied by experiment. Treating effect of PASS is compared with that of other flocculent.. The result indicates that PASS is an ideal flocculent for treating waste water from a high concentration oily emulsifier.
