玉米对生性状的遗传及同工酶分析

摘    要:本文对对生性状的玉米自交和杂交后代表现进行了遗传分析,并对其过氧化物酶同工酶和酯酶同工酶进行了测定、结果表明:玉米的对生为显性性状,其遗传不是受简单一对基因的控制;玉米对生株型的变异具有多样性:酯酶同工酶和过氧化物酶同工酶的变异与玉米的对生性状表现无关联,但与对生株的高度有关。

Abstract:The paper has genetically analysed t.he offsprings ofthe self crossing and crossing of the opposite leaf corn, and biochemically studied their peroxidase and esteraseisozyrnes. The results show that the opposite leaf character is dominant. Genetically, it is not controled by asimple pair of genes. The plants of the opposite leaf corn have many other variation characters. The variations ofthe esterase and peroxidase isozymes have no relation to the opposite leaf phenotype, but it bears a relation to theplant's height.
