不同N素形态及其不同水平对黄瓜幼苗叶片生理指标的影响

目的]研究不同N素形态及其不同水平对黄瓜幼苗叶片生理指标的影响，为科学合理地利用氮肥，提高黄瓜产量和改善黄瓜品质提供参考。方法]以大叶三黄瓜为试验材料，于日光温室内进行盆栽试验，用尿素、NaNO2、NH4HCO3 3种N肥以200、300、400、500和600kg／hm^2施肥水平进行16个处理，以不施肥为对照处理。结果]当NH4HCO3使用量为600kg／hm^2时，黄瓜叶片中的叶绿素含量达到最大值，为2．37mg／gFW；当尿素的使用量为500kg／hm^2时，黄瓜幼苗叶片中可溶性糖含量最高，达9．82mg／gFW；当尿素使用量为300kg／hm^2时，Vc含量最高，为0．5632mg／100g；当3种N肥的使用量都为600kg／hm^2时，黄瓜幼苗叶片硝态N含量均达到0．18％；施用N肥对黄瓜幼苗叶片光合作用强度在不同水平有不同的影响；当尿素使用量为400kg／hm^2时，呼吸作用强度最强，迭0．128mg／（dm^2·h）。结论]尿素是更适合黄瓜幼苗生长的肥料。
