铲式成穴器成穴机理及影响因素的分析

摘    要:在分析铲式成穴器的结构特点和工作过程的基础上,建立了打宋铲运动轨迹的数学模型并分析了打穴铲的运动规律和成穴机理,进而分析了成穴顺的结构参数对打穴铲在土壤上的所形成穴孔长度和穴孔宽度的影响,试验结果表明,穴孔长度随着水平倾角和垂直倾角的增加而曾加,穴孔宽度随着水平倾角的增加而变宽。

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing the construction characteristics and the working process of a revolving spade soil opener a mathematical model was established to describe spade moving trace. The working principle and the influences of construction parameters of the soil opener on the length and the width of soil hole formed by spade on the soil surface were analyzed. The results show that the length of the soil hole increases with the increment of the horizontal and vertical angles of the declined spade soil opener and the width of the soil hole increases with the increment of the horizontal angle.
