| 摘 要： | 本文论述了在大力施行素质教育的今天,中小学《体育与健康》教学中的自我保护教育的重要性,以及在《体育与健康》教学中简单的自我保护教育过程,为《体育与健康》教学提出了新的教育观点,并阐述了《体育与健康》教学法中自我保护教育是适应新课程标准的必然结果。
