| Abstract: | Since the reform and opening up in China,economic construction has made remarkableachievements,and meanwhile the imbalanced development in less developed areas has become an important social issue.Improvement of imbalanced development in less developed areas has important practical significance.The reasons of imbalanced development were analyzed.The corresponding counter plans were to properly handle five relationships,to change governance model,development concepts,development model and economic development,to solve the problem of farmers' income to continuously increase,and to enhance building of harmonious society within a region. |
