摘 要: | 以7个蓝莓品种为试材,对长期继代培养的试管苗进行了生根研究。结果表明,在最适宜蓝莓生根的1/2grpM+IBA1.0或5.0mg/L+20g/L食用白糖营养液中,以蛭石粒为支持物,并给予黑暗培养14天后阎歇光照条件,培养室温度(24±2)℃,光照强度1500~2000Lx,每日光照12h,7个品种获得了87.5%~96.6%的生根率,平均根数3.8—6.0条。

Abstract: | Take seven blueberry varieties as materials, the long - term sub culture of planflets rooting were studied. Blueberry root in the most appropriate 1/2 WPM + IBM. 0 or 5.0mg/L +20g/L sugar consumption in the nutrient solution to vermiculite particles as support material, and given 14 days after the intermittent light dark culture conditions, training noom temperature was (24 ±2℃), light intensity was 1500-2000Lx and 12h/d. The rooting rate was 87. 5% -96. 6%. The avrage number of hate was 3. 8 -6. 0. |
