摘    要:测定了不同浓度的黄花蒿水提取物对燕麦植株体内几种酶活性(12~60 h)的影响.结果表明:黄花蒿水提取物可抑制燕麦体内多酚氧化酶(PPOD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)等抗性酶的活性,提高苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)的活性.

Abstract:The effect of extraction with different concentration of Artemisia annua was studied on the activity of some enzymes in the receptor Arena fata from 12 h to 60 h of treatment.The result indicated that the extraction inhabited the activity of polyphenoloxidase(PPO),hyperoxide mutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT).However,the activity of PAL was increased.
