摘    要:用基因枪将hpt 基因分别导入到不同水稻品种的愈伤组织中,为提高选择培养基的选择效果,进行了培养基和培养基中潮霉素选择浓度的筛选,结果表明KSP 培养基的选择效果优于LS培养基,且KSP培养基中潮霉素的选择浓度以50 mg/L以上为宜,同时表明水稻不同品种对选择培养( 即对潮霉素的抗性) 存在着差异..

Abstract:Using gene-gun hpt gene was conduct to different rice wound callus respectively.In order to improve selective effect of medium,select of medium and selective concentration were studied.The result shows,ksp medium is better than LS medium on selective effect,and the suitable selective concentration is over 50 mg/L.There is difference of selective culture on rice variety.
