芝麻叶发育及其结构的研究

摘    要:芝麻茎尖有2层原套细胞,叶原基起源于原套的第二层。幼叶中层既可由亚边缘原始细胞或远轴层叶肉的第一个细胞单独产生,也可由它们二者共同产生。板状分生组织的细胞分裂能力及持续时间从远轴层到近轴层叶肉逐渐增加。栅栏组织、海绵组织、表皮三者相比,细胞分裂持续的时间前者最长,中间者次之,后者最短。芝麻叶片栅栏组织有1层细胞,海绵组织有3—4层细胞。耐渍性强的品种栅栏组织及海绵组织的细胞间隙较耐渍性差的大。

Abstract:There are two Layers of cells in the tunica of the shoot apex of Sesa-mum indium and the second layer of cell of tunica. The middle layer of laminae is brought about either by submarginal initials or by the first cell of the abaxial layer of mesophyn alone or by both of them. The ability and acting period of cell dirision in plate meristem inerease from abaxial layer mesophyll to adaxial one. Among the palisade tissue,Spongy tissue and epidermis , the acting period of cell division shows: the palisade tissue is the longest,the spongy tissue is longer,and the epidermis is the shortest. Thelaminae of Sesamum indium has a layer palisade tissue cells ,and has 3-4 layers spongy tissue cells. The strong water-resistant variety has bigger intercellular spaces in mesophyll tissue than the weak water-resistant variety.
