用数学模型拟合鸡胚胸腺生长发育的研究

摘    要:观察成都白羽鸡不同胚龄的鸡胚胸腺,结果,鸡胚胸腺在受精卵孵化到第9天时才开始形成.14胚龄时,胸腺长度为20胚龄的50%.18胚龄时,胸腺重量为20胚龄的50%.鸡胚胸腺长度与胚龄关系呈逻辑斯蒂S曲线生长,胸腺的重量呈指数增长模型.两者与胚体的关系分别呈对数函数和幂函数增长.建议采用逻辑斯蒂S曲线生长和指数增长模型分别拟合胸腺的长度、重量与胚龄的关系.

Abstract:In this paper,the thymus of the chicken embryos were observed in different days. The results showed that the thymus were formed at E9 (E9 means the chick embryo develop to the 9th day of incubation) .At E14 the length of thymus was 50% of that of E20,and at El8 the weight of the thymus was half of that of E20.The relation of the length of thymus and the days of the embryos were taken on the logistic model.Between the weight and days were showed itself to the exponential model.Between the growth of the length, weight of thymus and the embryo body weights were presented on the logarithm and power regressions respectively.It was suggested that the logistic and exponential model should be used to study the relationship among the length, the weight of the thymus,and the embryonic days.
