| Abstract: | According to the test of specific property of water requirement of cotton in the drought area of Jianghuai Hill for three years,the results showed that water requirement of cotton was 585.2-611.2 mm during growth period. In the whole growth stage,the maximum water requirement of cotton was flowering boll stage,being 5.21%-5.60 % mm/day. The effect on the increase in yield of cotton was obvious by irrigation in the area, the rate of increase in yield was 13.5 %-36.3 %. |
